September is typically a busy month for us with the F1 and Oktoberfest events. Though both events are cancelled this year, we will still have an Oktoberfest menu at the bistro from 1st – 17th October for you to enjoy with your family and friends. If you prefer to celebrate at home, we provide the needed food and beverage ingredients including some additional tips in our article below like keying in ‘Oktoberfest’ playlists on Spotify.

 

We place the spotlight on First Light grass-fed wagyu again because we believe it makes such a lovely steak. I often have trouble feeding my kids a steak that is healthy yet tender enough for them chew and First Light wagyu is my answer. I was brought on a trip down memory lane when I recently had the Donatsch Pinot Noir from Switzerland with my First Light wagyu sirloin steak. It reminded me of my time in New Zealand a couple of years ago, a good pinot noir paired with a good steak.
