Cooking Instruction: Remove the turkey from the bag and roast it in a preheated oven at 150°C for 50 minutes

Whole turkeys and turkey breasts are vacuum-packed to seal in freshness.
*Weight of turkey is taken with giblets in frozen state. After defrosting, there will be moisture loss of approximately 10% and another 10% for removal of giblets.
Singapore does not permit the import of fresh turkeys therefore ours are imported frozen.
The turkeys have been brined by the producer to ensure juicier results. Turkeys are best served freshly roasted, hot from the oven. Let us help with the de-frosting and stuffing so all you have to do us pre-heat your oven to 160ºC and roast it according to our cooking suggestions.
8 – 10 lbs : feeds 8 to 10 adults
10 - 12 lbs: feeds 10 to 12 adults
12 – 14 lbs: feeds 12 to 14 adults
14 – 16 lbs: feeds 14 to 16 adults
16 – 18 lbs: feeds 16 to 18 adults
18 – 20 lbs: feeds 18 to 20 adults
20 – 22 lbs: feeds 20 to 22 adults
