How does your online shopping work?
First, sign up for an online account. Then start browsing! Add things to your shopping cart and then proceed to check out once you are done. There, you will be prompted to verify your delivery address. After which, you will be asked for your credit card details. An order confirmation email will then be sent to your mailbox. Unless you receive this order confirmation in your inbox, your order will not be processed. Please e-mail us at orders@hubersbutchery.com.sg if you do not receive an email order confirmation. Your order will then come to the store. You will receive an SMS and email from us in the morning on the day of delivery our estimated arrival time. Our estimated arrival time is usually a two-hour window between 10am and 5pm.
All online customers are automatically issued a membership ID. This membership gives you access to cooking classes and points. Please see more privileges of membership below.
Is there a minimum order before I can make an online purchase?
Yes, a minimum purchase of $100 is required.
How is payment made?
A deposit of $75 is required at the point of purchase with a credit card. The balance amount will be charged to the same credit card on delivery day. If doing pick-up instead of home delivery, the balance amount payable is to be made at the cashier’s by cash, credit card or NETS.
How do I send my order to a different address?
You will be prompted upon checking out if your delivery address is the same as your billing address. Here you are given the opportunity to indicate a different address for delivery.
Is every item I see online the same as what I see in your retail store?
Yes, what you see online is what we have in the store. However, not every item available in the store is available for purchase online.
What are my payment options?
Only credit cards are accepted over our website. For home delivery, the balance amount payable is charged to the same credit card. For pick-up, the balance amount payable is to be made at the cashier’s by cash, credit card or NETS.
Why an estimate?
As a number of items are charged by weight and are portioned only upon purchase, we can only determine the exact total amount after your order has been prepared.
How is my order confirmed?
Once you have checked out, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your order number, your current purchase, quantities and price estimate for your order. Unless you receive this order confirmation in your inbox, your order will not be processed. Please e-mail us at orders@hubersbutchery.com.sg if you do not receive an email order confirmation.
Can I collect membership points on online purchases?
Yes, all online customers are automatically issued a membership ID. All your purchases online will then be automatically tagged to your online shopping account. When shopping in the store, provide the cashier the mobile number you have registered with us online, or your membership ID. This way, membership points will also be credited based on your purchases in the store.
Are there any restrictions on holiday orders?
Because of extreme heavy orders around the Christmas holiday, we impose restrictions on delivery schedules. These delivery schedules will be put up on our website.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you may indicate so when checking out.
Does the website ever close or is shut for maintenance like certain sites?
The website runs 24/7. However, we do not take online orders the days leading to Christmas. These schedules will be put up on our website nearer the date.
How do I check my points balance and e-voucher availability?
Log in and click on Account found on the top right hand corner. Go to My Points. Your points balance, number of active vouchers and their expiry dates are available for viewing here.
How do I redeem my e-vouchers?
The online system allows redemption of one voucher per checkout. Redemption is done automatically by the system if voucher(s) are found in your membership account.
What are the benefits of membership?
One membership point is issued with every $1 spent. Both online and in-store purchases contribute to the total points. When shopping in person at the store, please always provide your mobile number when checking out so that we can credit your membership points based on your purchases. A $15 e-voucher is issued when accumulated points reach 500.
A membership also gives you access to cooking classes. Look out for our newsletter with a schedule of cooking demonstrations for the month.
