We dine regularly at Huber's Bistro (since neither of us cook), since 2020. I think it's high time to give praise to your wonderful staff at our favourite restaurant. We're always greeted with a warm welcome - your thoughtful staff (who have served us since our first visit) will get our favourite beers ready before we even settle down. Especially Monty, who remembers our favourite steak and doneness. Dining out at Huber's make us feel at home, without being too intrusive. Food is never a disappointment - we always polish our plates! I never liked beef/ lamb cos of the texture, smell and taste (had really bad cuts as a kid and had always stayed away from them) - and would rather go for seafood/poultry/vegetables instead. However, Huber's has made me rethink my choices! Now, I love a good steak - only from Huber's cos I know I will never get a bad cut! I've had bad experiences (chewy/ too "done"/ to dry, etc) from many other restaurants after I started including beef and lamb in my diet. But I always get my best steak at my favourite restaurant! Call me a "fussy eater". A compliment from a fussy eater is priceless!
