Starter
Deep-fried zucchini blossoms stuffed with cheese, drizzled with Acacia honey and truffle
Main
Braised short ribs paired with seared scallops, served with celeriac puree, Serrano ham crisps, and piquillo sauce

Basque cheesecake topped with blueberry sauce
