We commemorated this milestone with a tasting session featuring Spanish cold cuts, cheeses, olive oils, wines, and Spanish specialty dishes like Cordero de Cuenco, Ajoblanco, Lenguas de Cordero Guisadas and Almejas al Fino con Jamon.
Each item is carefully selected to reflect the quality and tradition behind the Colmados designation.
We were deeply honoured to have Mr. Antonio García Rebollar, Trade Commissioner of Spain, and Mr. Blas García Zornoza, Deputy Trade Commissioner, to join us for the celebration.
