around fresh flavours and a refined take on classic dishes. This Easter edition
is only available once a year, making it a rare chance to experience something
a little more special in the kitchen.

- Main - Roasted Lamb Rack en Croute with Roasted Padron Pepper Stuffed with Garlic Brie Cheese & Mint Sauce
