In celebration of Swiss National
Day on 1st August, we're delighted to welcome back our much-loved cooking
classes with a special Swiss edition. Join us as we celebrate Switzerland's
rich culinary heritage, bringing together traditional recipes, authentic
flavours and timeless techniques in a LIVE cooking demonstration by Chef
Clement.
Throughout the three-course class,
you'll discover authentic Swiss flavours, learn practical cooking techniques,
and pick up tips you can recreate at home while exploring the stories behind
each dish.

- Time: 10.30am to 12.30pm
- Fee: $60 per pax
