Spicy Miso Lamb Chops


For 4 servings:

16 pcs lamb chop
450g miso
150ml sake
150m mirin
225g sugar
150g chopped red chilli
100g mixed salad

Cooking Method

  1. Add sake, mirin, sugar and red chilli to the miso paste. Give it a good mix and set aside.
  2. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper and sear on a pan. 
  3. Place the lamb chops on a non stick baking tray and rub spicy miso sauce generously onto every lamb chop.
  4. Now place the lamb in oven at 200°C for 5 mins on top heat.
  5. (Optional) Then use a torch burner to caramelize the miso on the lamb.
  6. Serve with mixed salad on the side.
