Crispy Deep fried Tau Pok With Five Spice Minced Pork

Ingredients

5 pcs tau pok
150gm plain flour
Whole eggs
Cooking oil

Marinated minced pork:

200gm minced pork
10gm five spices powder
5gm garlic
Sea salt and freshly grounded black peppercorn

Cooking Method

1. Cut tau pok into half and over turn it.
2. Fill the tau pok with the marinated minced pork and steam it until cooked.
3. Let cool the tau pok.
4. Dip it in eggs ,toss with plain flour and deep fried till crispy.
