1. Marinate your Selva Shrimps for 30
min.
2. Whip up the wasabi mayo sauce by
whisking together mayo, wasabi paste, and condensed milk. Add lemon juice a
little at a time if the mixture is too thick.
3. Cut nori sheets into 12 squares.
Spread 1-2 tbsp of rice on each square (wet your fingers to prevent sticking!).
4. Assemble! Place each rice and nori
square in a muffin tin. Dollop with wasabi mayo, then top with a spoonful of
marinated Selva Shrimps.
5. Bake at 200°C for 10-12 min, then
broil for a crispy finish.
6. Let it cool slightly,
transfer to a plate, and garnish with more wasabi mayo, avocado, and sesame
seeds!
