1. In a saucepan, add all the dressing ingredients and cook over medium heat.
2. Once sugar has completely melted, turn off the heat and let cool.
3. Once cooled, add chopped roasted garlic and sliced chilli.
4. Marinate the beef with marination ingredients for at least a day
5. In a pan over high heat, add pork lard or cooking oil
6. Add beef into the pan and toss until medium rare and remove from the pan.
7.Toss all the salad ingredients together and dress well.
8. Plate the beef over mango salad before serving.
