1. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, milk, melted butter and salt into a batter with a mixer
2. Lay cherries on a greased mold.
3. Pour batter over cherries and stop just before cherries are totally covered.
4. Bake in a preheated over at 160ºC for 30 minutes.
5. Sprinkle white sugar on top and bake at 200ºC for another 10 minutes or until sugar is lightly
caramelised.
6. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
