1. Cut beef into strips (against the grain for more tenderness, with the grain for more chewiness)
2. Pour marinade ingredients into a bowl and mix well
3. Marinade beef
4. Refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
5. Remove excess marinade with paper towels.
6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the beef.
7. Dehydrate at 74°C for 4-5 hours.
Oven option: No dehydrator? Preheat oven to 75-80°C, prop open your oven with a wooden spoon and bake for 3-5 hours, flipping & rotating hourly.
8. Enjoy your chewy, protein-packed jerky!
