1. Add all the ingredients for the secret sauce into a bowl and mix well.
2. Spread beef mince onto a tortilla.
3. Sear beef side down.
4. Flip to toast tortilla.
5. Top with cheese while toasting.
6. Move onto a plate to begin assembling the cake.
7. Place a toasted tortilla on top of the cheese.
8. Spread the secret sauce and top with shredded lettuce.
9. Repeat steps 2-5 to make another layer of tortilla with beef mince and cheese, then set it on top.
10. Repeat step 7-8 to make another layer of tortilla with the sauce and vegetables, then set it on top.
11. Repeat the steps to add more layers until you've run out of ingredients or are satisfied with the cake.
12. Cut the cake, serve and enjoy!
