For those smoking their butter, follow these steps - otherwise just skip ahead!
1. Cube the butter and arrange it neatly in a jar.
2. Smoke them with your favourite wood chips.
3. Cover tightly and place in the fridge to smoke for at least 2 hours.
Preparing your meat board
1. Dice your pancetta and fry it.
2. Fry up your sausages and break it into smaller pieces.
3. Get your butter out of the fridge/ready.
4. Decorate the board with the butter.
5. Sprinkle your meaty toppings, gherkins, and chives evenly across the board.
6. Garnish with the rosemary.
7. Enjoy your meaty board with a slice of crusty bread!
