1. Sear beef over high heat on all sides, then wrap in foil. Place in the fridge to rest until completely cooled.
2. Mix all sauce ingredients together. Set aside in a jar. The oil will separate, so it is important to shake well before drizzling.
3. To serve, slice beef thinly ~2-3mm. Roll your favourite veggies (we use carrots and alfalfa sprouts) and arrange on a rimmed plate.
4. Spoon sauce over beef tataki rolls and garnish with some chopped spring onion.
This dish is served cold, and a great starter for parties. Alternative cuts such as sirloin and eye round work really well too!
