1. Squeeze the raw sausage filling and other ingredients on the puff pastry.
2. Roll the pastry up, an ensure that the filling is secured inside.
3. Brush the pastry with an egg wash, then bake according to the package instructions.
You can choose to make long sausage rolls and cut them up like what we did, or make individual sausage rolls with smaller pieces of puff pastry.
