Korean Honey Butter Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Serves 4 pax 500g Chicken midjoint wings, split half
Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste 2 tbsps Cornstarch 2 tbsps Plain flour Sauce
50 g Butter 2 cloves Garlic, minced 2 tbsps Brown sugar 2 tsps Soy sauce 1 tbsp Honey Toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Method

1. Cut midjoints in half.
2. Marinate with salt, pepper, egg, and cornstarch, mix well. 
3. Deep fry until golden. 
4. Set aside and prepare honey butter sauce.
5. Melt the butter in a pan.
6. Add in the minced garlic, brown sugar, and stir.
7. Add the soy sauce and honey, and mix.
8. Add the chicken wings to the pan and coat them with the sauce. 
9. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of the chicken.
10. Serve and enjoy.
