Italian Potato Salad

Ingredients

60g Rosette salami, sliced 
40ml Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil 
20ml Mazzetti rosé wine vinegar 
8 Kalamata olives
5 Galbani Mozzarella Mini (Bocconcini)
5 Cherry tomatoes
3 Red skin potatoes
3 Artichoke hearts
Salt and pepper (To taste)

Cooking Method

1.   Cut all ingredients into half.

2.   Make a vinaigrette using the rosé wine vinegar and olive oil, season to taste.

3.   Toss all ingredients together to make a tossed salad.
