1. Defrost puff pastry and Huber’s Sausage Stuffing overnight in the fridge.
2. Unroll the puff pastry and slice into 1cm strips.
3. On a parchment lined baking sheet, lay puff pastry strips in a single and place stuffing on top, shaping it so it resembles a mummy.
4. Criss cross each strip of pastry, wrapping around the “torso”, skipping the eye area, and cover the “head”.
5. Brush egg wash all over pastry and bake in oven preheated to 200ºC for 15 minutes then lower to 180ºC for another 25 minutes, or until sausage stuffing is cooked through.
6. Serve on a platter – perfect showstopper to bring to any spooky party!
