Scramble It – Nduja Scrambled Eggs
You’ll need: 3–4 eggs, 30g nduja, 1 tsp butter, 1 slice sourdough, chopped chives, black pepper.
Stew It – Nduja Bean Stew
You’ll need: 90g nduja, 1 shallot, 2 garlic cloves, 40g tomato paste, 1 tsp dried oregano, 250ml chicken stock, 180ml heavy cream, 40g parmigiano rind, 1 can cannellini beans, ½ lemon (juice + zest), parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
