1. Boil pork ribs for 5 minutes with a splash of vinegar to remove impurities.
2. Remove and rinse well.
3. In the rice cooker, add oil, the aromatics, and curry powder, then mix well.
4. Add the canned whole tomatoes and crush them.
5. Add orange juice, chicken stock, and the pork ribs.
6. Add the potatoes, capsicum, pineapple, and salt.
7. Cook for 90 minutes.
8. Serve with sourdough slices or steamed rice.
