1. Mix all the meatball ingredients together.
2. Form approx. 1-inch sized meatballs.
3. Arrange on a tray, drizzle extra virgin olive oil and bake at 200°C for 15 - 18 minutes.
4. Mix all the tzatziki sauce ingredients together and stir well.
5. Keep sauce refrigerated until ready to eat.
6. Serve hot meatballs with a bowl of tzatziki sauce and enjoy.
