250-300g Lean beef mince
1 cup Strained canned lentil (of choice)
½ Red onion
2 cloves Garlic
2 sprigs Flat leaf parsley
½ tsp Cumin powder
¼ tsp Salt
Optional: ¼ cup flour
2 tbsp Olive oil for brushing on
Dipping Sauce
500 ml Kefir milk or ½ cup of Greek yogurt
½ cup Sliced cucumber (squeeze out excess liquid)
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 Crushed garlic
Pinch of salt
Optional: Chopped mint leaves
