1. Dab dry the beef tenderloin, before slicing thinly.
2. Place beef slices in a bowl, add in the marinade ingredients.
3. Mix and massage the beef, marinate for 30 minutes.
4. Stir fry the beef in a pan. (Be careful not to overcook it!)
5. Dish up the beef, pouring the sauce from cooking over it.
6. Serve the beef bulgogi with rice, blanched broccolini, fresh tomato, and sauerkraut.
