1. Slice the tomato and beat eggs.
2. In a pan, brown the tomato slices.
3. Pour egg over and season with salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle some chopped parsley.
5. Place a wrap on top, and flip it with the help of a plate.
6. Slide back into the pan, top one half with ham, cheese, and more parsley.
7. Fold over with a spatula and allow it to cook until the cheese is fully melted.
8. Cut, serve and enjoy.
