1. Tear the nduja into smaller pieces in a bowl.
2. Add in the cream cheese.
3. Mash and mix well.
4. Spread on lightly toasted rustic bread/sourdough.
5. Place on parchment lined baking tray and top with mozzarella pieces.
6. Grill at 200°C for 10 minutes.
7. Serve hot with a dash of pepper and chopped basil.
8. Enjoy!
