New vinegars from Australia
New this month on our shelves are three vinegars and a dressing from Australia made with love from fresh Australian and imported ingredients. They are free from gluten, preservatives and colourings! In fact, the lists of ingredients on these four items are so simple and transparent that you will be convinced they are made with love and care!

Blood orange vinegar: A refreshing tangy citrus vinegar to dress any salad, including Asian noodle salads. May also be used as a marinade for fish. It has won the Bronze medal in 2012 Royal Hobart Fine Foods Show. Ingredients: Fresh blood oranges, blood orange juice, sugar and vinegar.
Caramelised balsamic vinegar: A taste sensation drizzled overstrong cheddar, parmesan, blue cheese or over any salad. It has won the Gold medal in 2012 Royal Hobart Fine Foods Show. Ingredients: Balsamic vinegar, apple juice and brown sugar.
Sweet black cherry vinegar: Drizzle on salads or use as a finishing glaze on duck, pork or poultry. It has won the Bronze medal in 2012 Royal Hobart Fine Foods Show. Ingredients: Black cherries, sugar and vinegar.
Mango & lime dressing: A tangy tropical dressing to enhance fresh prawns, seafood, chicken and all garden salads. Ingredients: Fresh mangoes, fresh lime juice, apple cider, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, chilli and sugar.
