Spanish Style Pork Sausage - 6th Jun 2017

Our home-made Spanish style pork sausage is made with ground pork, salt,
pepper, smoked paprika and some other spices. It is gluten-free!
The coarse textured sausage is best cooked by pan-frying on low heat for 7 to 8 minutes on each side or blanch for 5 minutes before pan-frying on low or medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

Our raw sausages contain no chemicals, preservative, MSG and no
fillers. They are gluten-free except for a handful of
them which requires the use of ingredients such as breadcrumbs and beer.
If you have your own sausage recipe, bring it to us and we are
happy to see if we can make it for you! (minimum order of 5kg)
