Burrata cheese is an unpasteurized cow’s milk cheese made with mozzarella and cream. The outside shell is solid Mozzarella while the inside is creamy and heavenly. The new burrata cheese from Puglia in Italy is so creamy, you come back for more!
We like it served with some extra virgin olive oil drizzled over with sea salt and cracked pepper. Pair it with rocket leaves, truss tomatoes and Parma ham for an indulgent appetiser.
