Cooking demo with Producer of Mottainai - 8th Nov 2018
We had a special cooking demonstration a couple of weeks ago using Mottainai lamb. Ms Suzannah, the producer of Mottainai lamb, flew in from Australia to share with our members about the animals, the farm, and their feed. Our members were surprised to hear that the animals are fed with carrots and olives. The session featured 4 dishes: Mediterranean-style Lamb Leg, Lamb Neck Salad with Pita Bread, Lamb Tikka, Lamb Rump with Ginger and Spring Onion. Mottainai lamb is now available for purchase online for Christmas!
