ASIAN CUISINE WITH CHEF YIP
With over 23 years of culinary expertise in Asian, Italian and French cuisines, Chef Yip accumulated his wealth of knowledge from working in well known establishments like Resort World Sentosa, Raffles Hotel, Burlamacco and Alkaff Mansion.

Chargrilled lemongrass pork chop banh mi with homemade Vietnamese style pickled daikon and carrot
Vietnamese egg meat loaf banh mi with homemade Vietnamese style pickled mango and papaya
Classes every Saturday, 2.30pm to 4pm:

Registration fee: $50 per person and receive a $20 Huber's Gift Voucher

*Minimum of 6 sign ups for class to commence.
NOTE: Huber's members (registered for more than 30 days) can only sign up for 1 class per month and has not attended our cooking classes for the past 30 days.
We will be conducting new classes monthly so that new members get to attend too.
There will be no refund of the registration fee and no issuance of the voucher to members who do not show up. NO CANCELLATION, NO RE-SCHEDULING. |
