HOW TO NDUJA DEMO CLASSES
Nduja is a spreadable, spicy pork sausage from the region of Calabria, Italy. It is made from the trimming of various cuts, fatback and sundry Calabrian chilli pepper, giving Nduja its characteristic fiery taste. The unique flavours make it suitable for a variety of dishes.

- Cavatelli Alla Nduja
- Chicken Roulade Stuffed with Nduja and Cheeses

NOTE: Huber's members (registered for more than 30 days) can only sign up for 1 class per month and has not attended our cooking classes for the past 30 days.
We will be conducting new classes monthly so that new members get to attend too.
There will be no refund of the registration fee and no issuance of the voucher to members who do not show up. NO CANCELLATION, NO RE-SCHEDULING. |
