HOW TO NDUJA DEMO CLASSES
Nduja is a spreadable, spicy pork sausage from the region of Calabria, Italy. It is made from the trimming of various cuts, fatback and sundry Calabrian chilli pepper, giving Nduja its characteristic fiery taste. The unique flavours make it suitable for a variety of dishes.

- Blistered Padron Pepper with Nduja and Seaweed Sauerkraut Salad
- Burrata with Crispy Nduja & Smashed Avocado on Toast
- Nduja and Cheeses-stuffed Conchiglioni
