Cooking demonstration by Audra Morrice - 1st Oct 2015


When we find great produce, a good cook and a fabulous recipe book, we put them together and create something delicious! Audra Morrice, judge from Masterchef Asia or some of you might know her as the finalist in Masterchef Australia 2012, is now an author of her brand new cookbook “My Kitchen, Your Table”. Audra will be showcasing her favourite recipes from her cookbook using our prized meats at Huber's Butchery and some of her sauces to create two amazing dishes during our grand opening weekend. So get in early and book a spot on Saturday 24th October, 10am-12noon to learn  the tips and tricks on how to cook (and taste!) her Spiced Pulled Pork and her Seared Wagyu Rump. Spots are limited so book in early!
