Huber's Gourmet Studio Special Christmas Cooking Class

SPECIAL CHRISTMAS MENU WITH CHEF CLEMENT

Trained in Culinary Institute of America, Chef Clement brings with him more than 14 years of experience in Western grill and Italian cuisine.

 

In a 2-day only class, Chef Clement is bringing you 3 amazing dishes that is sure to be impress your guests this festive season!

 

Starter:   

Baked Mont D’or cheese in Christmas bread crown with white wine, bacon bits and cornichons

Main: 

Christmas turkey stuffed with chicken and mushroom stuffing with bread sauce

Dessert:  

Warm Chocolate beetroot pudding with vanilla ice cream

 

Classes every Saturday, 10.30am to 12pm:

2 Dec and 3 Dec (click on the date to register)

 

Registration fee: $65 per person and receive a $20 Huber's Gift Voucher

Venue: Huber's Gourmet Studio

 

*Minimum of 6 sign ups for class to commence.

NOTE: Huber’s members can only register for 1 class per month. We could only accept attendees who has been a member for more than 30 days and have not attended our cooking classes for the past 30 days. This is to ensure our members get a fair chance to attend our classes. There will be no refund of the registration fee and no issuance of the voucher to members who do not show up.
