SPECIAL CHINESE NEW YEAR MENU WITH CHEF CLEMENT

Trained in Culinary Institute of America, Chef Clement brings with him more than 14 years of experience in Western grill and Italian cuisine.

 

In this special class, Chef Clement is bringing you 3 amazing fusion dishes that is sure to wow your guests this Lunar New Year!

Starter:   

Tasmanian Abalone Carpaccio with Salmon Caviar, Melon Salsa and Arugula Leaves

Main:

Mangalica Pork Char Siu with Deep Fried Mantou, Romaine Lettuce and Lebanese Cucumber

Dessert:

Rose Red Macarons with Edible Gold Leaf Flakes and Australian Blackberry Jam

Classes happening from 10.30am to 12pm on:

20 Jan (Sat), 28 Jan (Sun) and 3 Feb (Sat)

Registration fee: $75 per person and receive a $20 Huber's Gift Voucher

*Minimum of 6 sign ups for class to commence.

NOTE: Huber’s members can only register for 1 class per month. We could only accept attendees who has been a member for more than 30 days and have not attended our cooking classes for the past 30 days. This is to ensure our members get a fair chance to attend our classes. There will be no refund of the registration fee and no issuance of the voucher to members who do not show up.
