Huber's Gourmet Studio April Cooking Classes

APRIL COOKING CLASSES WITH CHEF CLEMENT

Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Clement brings with him more than 14 years of experience in Western grill and Italian cuisine.

In the month of April, he's bringing you a 4-course meal that is sure to excite your palates!

Hors d'oeuvre:

Honey Glaze Quail Legs Wrapped with Bacon on Spinach Leaves

Starter:

Israel Couscous with Shellfish in Lobster Broth

Main:

Braciola (Beef and Cheese Roulade) with Cavatelli Pasta

Dessert:

Torta di Riso (Italian rice cake) with Mixed Fruits Macerated in Rum and Caramel Sauce

Classes are held on Saturday from 10.30am to 12.30pm:

6 Apr, 13 Apr, 20 Apr and 27 Apr

Registration fee: $60 per person and receive a $20 Huber's Gift Voucher

Venue: Huber's Gourmet Studio

*Minimum of 6 sign ups for class to commence.

NOTE: Huber’s members can only register for 1 class per month. We could only accept attendees who has been a member for more than 30 days and have not attended our cooking classes for the past 30 days. This is to ensure our members get a fair chance to attend our classes. There will be no refund of the registration fee and no issuance of the voucher to members who do not show up.
